Local elections have led to a pause in Betway Premiership games, placing the Carling Knockout quarter-finals in the limelight.
Despite the excitement, the Premier Soccer League (PSL) has yet to announce specifics for three of the four quarter-final matchups.
Currently, Mamelodi Sundowns is the only squad with a confirmed schedule. They will compete against Golden Arrows on Tuesday, November 3, at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
The remaining fixtures, including Kaizer Chiefs versus Siwelele FC, Orlando Pirates against Sekhukhune United, and Stellenbosch FC playing AmaZulu FC, have no confirmed dates or times.
Fans eagerly await the PSL's updates to plan their attendance, especially with the focus shifting from league action to this much-anticipated cup competition.
Previous winners of the Carling Knockout include Orlando Pirates (2025), Magesi FC (2024), and Stellenbosch FC (2023), highlighting the tournament's prestige in South African football.
